2. Personal data processed
When you use the contact form or reach us by email or phone, we may process your name, email address, phone number (if provided), message content, and technical details related to the communication record.
3. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to receive and answer your enquiry, handle quotation and technical support processes, manage customer relations, and meet obligations arising from applicable law.
4. Legal grounds
Processing may be based on Article 5 of the KVKK where it is necessary for establishing or performing a contract, fulfilling a legal obligation of the controller, or pursuing our legitimate interests. Where required, we also obtain your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with competent public authorities where legally required, with technical service providers such as hosting or email providers, and with business partners only as needed to deliver the service. Cross-border transfers, if any, follow KVKK procedures.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the processing purpose and for the retention or limitation periods required by law. When those periods end, data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may request to learn whether your data are processed, request information about processing, learn the purpose and whether use is compatible with that purpose, know third parties to whom data are transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under the conditions in the KVKK, request that these operations be notified to third parties, object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
